How to organise an online conference

The 10th international Learning Analytics & Knowledge Conference was to be held in Frankfurt but COVID-19 changed everything. The organising committee decided to become LAK20 an online conference just 10 days before it was planned to start in Frankfurt.
It is very interesting to know the details of such an express process. Thank you to Vitomir Kovanovic (@vkovanovic) and Maren Scheffel (@m_a_s_c) for sharing it in an interesting Webinar.
